* 4-day work week
* Practice supported by 1 physician and 4 advanced practice providers
* Team provides coverage for the outpatient clinic, hospital and 24-hour Emergency Department
* 1:4 weekend call
* 1:7 evening call
* Practice within an integrated multispecialty healthcare system
* Access to specialty services including Interventional Cardiology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Audiology and General Surgery
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine required
