Family Medicine Residency Faculty Opportunity
Located in Beavercreek, OH - Dayton 10m
Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
* Family Medicine faculty opportunity within an established residency program
* Combination of outpatient clinical care and resident education
* Faculty responsibilities include resident supervision, mentorship, lectures, evaluations, and scholarly activities
* Low call responsibilities with backup coverage for the inpatient senior resident
* Experienced physicians preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in teaching are encouraged to apply
* Opportunity to participate in community outreach programs serving underserved populations
Qualifications
* Board Certified in Family Medicine
* Post-residency outpatient experience preferred but not required
* Basic in-office procedural skills, including joint injections, Nexplanon, IUD placement, and skin procedures
* Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) skills
* Strong collaborative communication and team-building skills
* Interest in resident education, mentorship, and scholarly activity
