Full-Time | Permanent | Outpatient with Optional Inpatient
*Position Details*
* Join an established Family Medicine practice in Tomah, Wisconsin
* Full-time outpatient opportunity or a combination of outpatient and inpatient practice
* Inpatient responsibilities available in nearby Sparta for physicians interested in hospital-based care
* Minimum 4.5 workdays per week
* Stable, established practice with a collaborative team-based care model
* Full backup and support from subspecialty physicians
* Access to an integrated regional healthcare network and comprehensive clinical resources

* Optional inpatient coverage at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Sparta

* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
