Full Time | Post-Acute Care
Position Highlights:
Full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity
5-day-per-week schedule
Round in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Houston area
Coverage includes Kingwood, Humble, and Spring
Provide comprehensive care to a diverse post-acute patient population
Perform medical histories, physical exams, and comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
Strong clinical support and training
Autonomy with uncapped productivity earning potential

Qualifications:
MD or DO
Active Texas medical license
Active DEA registration
Post-acute, acute care, Emergency Medicine, or outpatient clinical experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated annual compensation of $191,108-$225,330
