A physician-owned and governed multispecialty group in Wenatchee, Washington is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established team of seven physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers. The practice offers a highly collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on physician autonomy, work-life balance, and high-quality patient care. Physicians also have the opportunity to pursue partnership and play an active role in practice and organizational decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits
* Pay range: $293,600–$317,400
* First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA benchmarks

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
* Current or eligible Washington State medical license
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Ability to maintain thorough and timely patient documentation
* Interest in a collaborative, physician-led practice
