Locums | General Dentistry | Eureka, CA (Active CA license required)

Monday–Friday schedule
Three-month assignment with extension option
Two openings listed
All-ages outpatient dentistry
Assignment Details
Dates: ASAP after credentialing–ongoing
Commitment: Minimum three months required; option to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours; no call
Volume: 16–18 patients per day
Setting: Outpatient community health dental clinic
Patient population: Approximately 50% children and 50% adults
Support: Staffing details to be confirmed
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 30–60 days; approximately six weeks typical
Clinical Details
Required scope: General dentistry for all ages
Chart closure required within 72 hours
Specific procedure requirements to be confirmed
Requirements
Board certification
Active CA dental license
BLS
Active DEA before starting
Minimum three-month availability
Required immunization and TB documentation before starting
