Assignment Details
Dates: ASAP after credentialing–ongoing
Commitment: Minimum three months required; option to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Holiday coverage: Must cover Christmas week; clinic closed Christmas Day
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours; no call
Volume: Not specified
Setting: Outpatient community health dental clinic
Patient population: Approximately 50% children and 50% adults
Support: Staffing details to be confirmed
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 45–60 days

Required scope: General dentistry for children and adults
Chart closure required within 72 hours

Board certification
Active CA dental license
BLS
Active DEA before starting
