We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician (DO) who wants competitive compensation, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to provide meaningful primary care in a welcoming rural community.

You’ll step into an established outpatient practice focused on comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. You’ll incorporate Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) into your practice while working alongside a collaborative clinical team. No obstetrics required, with the option to participate in addiction medicine services.

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Phone-only call with a shared 1:7 rotation
• Approximately 16 patients per day
• 100% outpatient primary care setting
• No obstetrics required

• Collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff
• Full hospitalist service with no hospital rounding

• You hold a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• You have experience or training in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
• You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships
• You thrive in a collaborative, community-focused healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $245,000–$312,000 annually
