Primary Care Physician — Lemoore, CA
Location: Lemoore, CA
Pay: $140–$150 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
Frontera is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an on-site opportunity in Lemoore, California. This role provides comprehensive primary care while working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions.

Perform preventive examinations, screenings, and patient counseling.

Order and interpret diagnostic testing.

Prescribe medications and treatments within authorized privileges.

Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care.

Maintain timely, accurate medical records.

Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an accredited residency appropriate to primary care.

Current, unrestricted physician license meeting contract requirements.

Applicable prescribing credentials and required life-support certifications.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to meet facility requirements for specialty eligibility, credentialing, and clinical privileges.
