We’re hiring a Bilingual Primary Care Physician who wants excellent earning potential, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior patients.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on managing complex chronic conditions, preventive medicine, and comprehensive care for older adults. You’ll work alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a value-based care model that prioritizes quality outcomes and meaningful patient relationships over patient volume.

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• You hold an active Florida medical license or are eligible to obtain one
• You’re comfortable managing complex chronic medical conditions
• You enjoy providing comprehensive primary care to a senior patient population
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships
• You thrive in a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $260,000–$300,000 annually
• Performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of base salary
