We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants outstanding earning potential, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior patients.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on managing complex chronic conditions, preventive medicine, and comprehensive care for older adults. You’ll work alongside a dedicated clinical support team in a value-based care model that prioritizes quality outcomes and meaningful patient relationships over patient volume.

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You hold an active Florida medical license or are eligible to obtain one
• You have current DEA registration
• You’re comfortable managing complex chronic medical conditions and performing basic in-office procedures
• You enjoy providing comprehensive primary care to a senior patient population
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships
• Geriatrics fellowship training is a plus
• Spanish fluency is not required

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $260,000 - $300,000
• Performance bonus opportunity up to $52,000 annually
• Total potential annual compensation: $312,000
