Overview:
Our outpatient primary care group in Los Angeles is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join an integrated care team focused on quality, safety, and evidence-based medicine. New grads and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply for this role with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, relocation support, and a sign-on bonus.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $140–150 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including well visits, sick visits, and physicals, for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of conditions using evidence-based guidelines
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular conditions, including medication management and ongoing monitoring
• Deliver preventive care services, including immunizations, screenings, and wellness visits, with a focus on early detection and risk reduction
• Offer patient-centered counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention
• Document all patient encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the EHR
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and team members to optimize clinic flow, patient access, and quality metrics, and coordinate referrals

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in California
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Experience with an urban or diverse patient population and familiarity with value-based care or quality metrics preferred
• Spanish or other second language skills preferred
