Practice relationship-centered, value-based care while leading a team of PCPs and NPs. With a patient panel of up to 250 seniors managing multiple chronic conditions, you’ll focus on prevention, personalized care, and better long-term outcomes.
Opportunity Highlights

$280,000–$300,000 base salary, plus bonus potential up to 20% of base

Monday–Friday schedule; clinic hours 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m., with the last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.

Structured medical director training covering leadership, operations, medical economics, and growth
Support your patients with in-house specialists, holistic services—including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition—and door-to-door transportation.
Qualifications: MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting required; leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills essential.
