Ansible Government Solutions is actively seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time Primary Care opportunity supporting the Albany VA Medical Center in Albany, New York.
This position offers an excellent combination of competitive 1099 compensation, manageable patient volume, and a consistent weekday schedule, allowing physicians to focus on delivering quality care to our nation's Veterans.

Position Highlights
- Compensation: $168/hour – 1099 Independent Contractor
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus – payable after 90 days
- Patient Volume: Approximately 6–12 patients per day
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Patient Population: Adult Veterans
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Contract Duration: Through March 2028, with potential extension
- Location: Albany VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208
- Occasional coverage at a nearby VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) may be requested
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
- Eligibility for VA credentialing and privileging
