🔬 Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.

✅ Conduct physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment plans.

✅ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

✅ Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management.

✅ Coordinate specialty referrals and inpatient care when needed.

✅ Collaborate with behavioral health and community wellness teams to provide integrated care.

✅ Complete patient forms, including disability, DMV, DME, school, and other medical documentation.

✅ Manage EHR inbox tasks and maintain accurate clinical records.

✅ Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits.

✅ Provide after-hours telephone support through a rotational on-call schedule.

📋 Required Qualifications

🎓 MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

🏆 Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.

📜 Active, unrestricted California medical license.

💊 Active, unrestricted DEA license.

🩺 Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience.

❤️ Current BLS certification.

🤝 Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

🌎 Commitment to serving underserved and multicultural communities.

💬 English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.
