Primary Care — Family Med or Internal Med near Buffalo NY
BC/BE Family Medicine Physician. The physician would be responsible for outpatient care. The start date is immediate and availability must be within 1 month.

Requirements:
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Completion of Residency from Accredited Program
- NY License
