Family Medicine Physician / Medical Director | $275K–$400K+ | Boca Raton, FL

NorTek Medical Staffing is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for an established outpatient practice in Boca Raton, Florida.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity combining primary care, medical weight management, metabolic health, preventive medicine, and wellness-focused care. The physician will join a well-supported clinical team and have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility as the practice continues to grow.

Compensation

• Listed annual range: $275,000–$400,000
• Base salary + performance incentives
• Potential total earnings of $400,000+, depending on the agreed compensation structure and performance
• Final guaranteed base and incentive formula will be reviewed during the interview process

Clinical Focus

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care while playing an important role in the practice’s growing medical weight-management and metabolic-health programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Acute and chronic disease management
• Preventive medicine and wellness care
• Obesity and metabolic-syndrome management
• Diabetes and hypertension management
• Medical weight-loss evaluations
• Prescribing and monitoring GLP-1 therapies
• Experience with medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide
• Medication adjustment and treatment monitoring
• Patient education regarding lifestyle changes, treatment expectations, and adverse effects
• Development of individualized treatment plans
• Collaboration with PAs, nursing staff, and the broader care team
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation

Leadership Opportunity

The practice is looking for a physician who can contribute clinically while potentially growing into greater leadership responsibility.

Depending on experience and fit, the physician may:

• Help establish consistent clinical standards
• Support collaboration across the clinical team
• Improve patient-care workflows
• Contribute to medical weight-management and metabolic-health programs

Previous Medical Director or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before starting
• Active DEA or ability to obtain
• Strong outpatient primary-care experience
• Experience with medical weight management
• Experience prescribing and monitoring GLP-1 medications
• Strong chronic-disease management skills
• Excellent communication and patient-education ability
• Comfortable working full-time onsite in Boca Raton
