Practice Details

• Monday-Friday schedule
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Approximately 3-4 days of clinic per week
• 1 dedicated procedure day
• No call requirements
• Physician-friendly schedule designed to promote work-life balance
• Opportunity to build and grow a patient panel within an established practice

Patient Volume & Practice Environment

• Approximately 30 patients seen daily
• Approximately 10-15 new patients per day across the clinic
• Roughly 30-35 deliveries per month across the provider group
• Opportunity to step into a practice with strong community demand
• Clinic founded by two Family Medicine with OB physicians who recently retired
• No full-time Family Medicine with OB physician currently on staff
• Significant opportunity for program growth and leadership

Support Structure

• Four Nurse Practitioners currently supporting the clinic
• Dedicated OB Hospitalist support

• Approximately 13 physician coverage days per month currently
• Opportunity to become a foundational physician within the growing program

Compensation

• Base Salary: up to $330,000
• Incentive bonus beginning after year one
• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance

Candidate Parameters

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Surgical Obstetrics Fellowship training preferred or equivalent experience

• Team-oriented and collaborative approach
