Primary Care - Northern/Northwestern Illinois
- BC/BE required – Physicians with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine/Pediatrics training accepted
- Outpatient only position
- Monday – Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm
- Strong collaboration among the multiple clinics in the market
- Team includes 1 Physician and 1 APP
- Minimal call schedule. After-Hours Call Center will take first call
- Strong collaboration among primary care providers and specialists
- Current physician enjoys teaching/mentoring
- Flexible scheduling to support a healthy work/life balance
- Located in Northwestern Illinois - about an hour from Davenport, IA, and Rockford, IL and 2 hours from Chicago
- International Airport offered in Rockford with direct flights to Las Vegas, Orlando, Ft. Myers/Punta Gorda, FL, Nashville, Sarasota, Phoenix, Tampa, Punta Cana, Cancun, and Huatulco

- Base salary: 285-305k+ annually
