Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Clinic (No Weekends or Holidays)
Location: Lafayette, IN | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Position Overview
As a Family Medicine Physician in this outpatient setting, you will handle a mix of wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care for patients of all ages. Benefit from a flexible schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts, and work alongside a supportive team including a Nurse Practitioner and a Nurse Triage System for shared call duties. The clinic offers telehealth services and on-site lab facilities to enhance patient care.
Position Highlights

- Manageable patient volume of 20-22 per day
