Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Clinic (Flexible Weekday Schedule)
Location: Plainfield, IN | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Position Overview
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be part of an established practice with a team of four physicians and two advanced practice providers. Your daily responsibilities will include managing a patient panel of 20-25 patients, focusing on common diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD. Enjoy the benefits of on-site lab and imaging services, as well as access to sports medicine and outpatient physical therapy facilities.
Position Highlights
- Flexible weekday schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Rotated weekday call: 1:7
- Minimal weekend call: 1:14
- No inpatient duties or obstetrics
