- On-Call Requirements: After-hours on-call with Family Medicine colleagues
- Duties/Scope:
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care
- Manage acute & chronic conditions while supporting preventive health and wellness
- Collaborate with MDs and APPs to coordinate high-quality care
- Connect patients with laboratory, imaging, specialty, and other resources available
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care
Requirements:
- Boards: BC/BE
- License: CO (or willing to obtain)
- DEA: Active (prior to start)
- Others: Clean Record; Visa status
