Position Overview
An established concierge and wellness-focused medical practice in Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing clinical team.
This opportunity focuses on outpatient primary care, preventive medicine, metabolic health, and medical weight management. The practice offers a highly supported clinical environment, personalized patient care, and opportunities to develop long-term relationships with an engaged patient population.
The ideal candidate has experience managing medical weight loss patients, prescribing and monitoring GLP-1 therapies, and providing comprehensive outpatient primary care. This position does not require obstetric care or delivery services.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Assess patients for medical weight loss programs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe, monitor, and adjust GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, as clinically appropriate.
Manage obesity, diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, and related conditions.
Deliver preventive care, wellness counseling, and patient education.
Build long-term patient relationships through personalized, relationship-driven care.
Collaborate with physician assistants, nursing staff, and other clinical team members.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to clinical quality improvement and practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one before starting.
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
Strong outpatient primary care experience.
Experience managing medical weight loss patients.
Experience prescribing and monitoring GLP-1 therapies, including semaglutide and tirzepatide.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work full-time onsite in Boca Raton, Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in obesity management, medical weight loss, or metabolic health.
Background in preventive, concierge, functional, or wellness-focused medicine.
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Interest in longevity medicine and practice development.
Practice Environment
Outpatient-only clinical setting.
No obstetric care or delivery responsibilities.
Two Physician Assistants.

Additional Information
Botox experience is not required. Stem cell and exosome injection experience is also not required.
