We are seeking a Direct Primary Care physician to hold your own panel, plus serve as a Supervisory Physician for a team of Nurse Practitioners.

We are seeking a Direct Primary Care physician to hold your own panel, plus serve as a Supervisory Physician for a team of Nurse Practitioners.
Role Details:
- Your own patient panel, plus a Supervisory Physician role for a collaborative NP team
- Smaller patient panels — designed for depth, not throughput
- Four clinical days, one REMOTE administrative day, no call
- Broad clinical scope: chronic disease management, preventive care, HRT, weight management, longevity care
- No RVUs, no insurance billing pressure, with revenue tied to membership, not volume
- Physician-led culture with strong operational support
- Established, growing practice with a proven model. and room to help shape what comes next

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Willingness and ability to serve as Supervisory Physician under Missouri collaborative practice requirements
- Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly — with patients and colleagues alike
Preferred:
- Experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners or APPs
- Primary Care experience
- Comfortable managing a broad range of primary care conditions independently
- Energized by a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday
- Four clinic days per week
- One dedicated administrative day per week (remote)
- No call
COMPENSATION:
- $275,000 – $325,000 total compensation
- Sign-on bonus available
- Relocation assistance available if applicable
