Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (No OB)

Position Overview
In this role, you will conduct thorough physical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health and community wellness staff, to manage chronic diseases, coordinate specialty referrals, and ensure holistic patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and occasionally engage in community health events to extend our reach and impact.

Compensation & Benefits
- $268,000 – $300,000 base compensation for full-time clinicians

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician with a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree, Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty, and a minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience. The ideal candidate will possess a current, valid, unrestricted professional license to practice in California, an active DEA License, and BLS certification. A passion for serving underserved communities, a collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
