Position Overview

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care and chronic disease management. You will work within a collaborative team, utilizing a robust electronic health record system and participating in interdisciplinary case reviews. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing treatments, and educating patients and families.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO degree, completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds, and hold board certification or eligibility. An active, unrestricted Indiana medical license and prescriptive authority, including DEA registration, are required. Strong communication skills, a passion for patient advocacy, and a commitment to the mission that “no one is turned away for an inability to pay” are essential.
