Position Overview
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting, focusing on evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of advanced practice providers, nurses, and other clinical staff. Your responsibilities will include educating patients on wellness and prevention, coordinating ongoing care, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Expect to see approximately 20 patients per day, ensuring that you can deliver thoughtful and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $260,000–$320,000 annually

- Approximately 30-day start timeline following hire for provisional credentialing
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who thrives in a community-based setting and is eager to build long-term relationships with a diverse patient base. A commitment to patient-focused care and an interest in working with underserved populations will be essential. Spanish or Tagalog language skills would be a plus, enhancing communication with the patient community.
