Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Family Practice (No Weekends Required)
Location: New Orleans, LA
Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., optional Saturdays

Position Overview
As a Primary Care Physician, you'll deliver comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population. Manage both acute and chronic conditions with a focus on prevention and patient education. Work alongside a collaborative team of internal medicine and family medicine providers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and various specialists to provide integrated care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $250,000
- Additional compensation for optional Saturday clinic hours
- 22 days of paid time off to start
- 7 days of sick leave annually
- 40 hours of paid educational leave with up to $1,500 annual CME reimbursement
- 8 weeks of paid maternity leave after one year
- 10 recognized holidays
- Employer covers approximately 80% of medical premium
- Dental and vision plans with employer contribution

- 401(k) with employer match up to 6% per pay period
- Reimbursement for approved business-related expenses
Ideal Candidate
The ideal physician is board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with a passion for serving underserved communities.
