Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Community Health (Retention Bonus Offered)

Location: Bedford, IN

Schedule: Full-time, 4 or 5-day workweek

As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll be an integral part of a team focused on preventive care and continuous medical support. Position Overview

In this outpatient setting, you'll deliver comprehensive medical care, focusing on both continuity and acute care. You'll mentor mid-level practitioners, develop health maintenance schedules, and engage in strategic projects to enhance care delivery. The role also includes participation in on-call services and committee work, fostering strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.

Position Highlights

  • Competitive base salary with annual increases

  • Receipts-based relocation reimbursement up to $5,000
  • 5 days of CME with a $5,000 allowance annually

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $242,823, plus $2,000 for each year of experience (up to $8,000)
  • 2.5% annual guaranteed salary increase
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • $20,000 retention bonus annually for a 3-year contract
  • $5,000 relocation reimbursement
  • 5 days of CME with a $5,000 allowance annually

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician with a strong commitment to community health. You should possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a drive for process improvement. A background in primary care and administrative management within a community health setting is essential.
