Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Clinic (Flexible Schedule Available)

San Diego, CA | Full-time or Part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

As part of a patient-centered medical home, you'll work in a collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams, offering comprehensive services that include medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health care.

Position Overview

As a Primary Care Physician, you will deliver full-scope primary care services to both adult and pediatric patients. You will work alongside an integrated team of physicians and nurse practitioners, typically handling around 19–20 patients per day. The role includes providing preventive care, managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring continuity of care. You'll document patient interactions using the eClinicalWorks EMR and participate in care coordination efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $233,000–$290,000 per year

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a dedicated and compassionate MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds. They should hold an active California medical license and DEA registration. A passion for working with diverse and underserved populations, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills, will ensure success in this role.
