Position Overview
As a Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician, you will deliver comprehensive medical services in a community clinic setting. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing diagnoses, implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education. You'll work collaboratively within a supportive team structure and utilize an advanced EMR system to maintain records and support care continuity. This position ensures a balanced schedule with no on-call duties.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $255,008–$331,510 based on experience and qualifications

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a compassionate and board-certified or eligible physician in Internal or Family Medicine, fully licensed in California. You bring a commitment to serving diverse communities, with a preference for experience in FQHC settings. Bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish are a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with the patient population.
