Position Overview
We are looking for a collaborative physician leader for a full-time role that combines direct patient care with clinical leadership. This position offers the opportunity to impact provider engagement, care quality, and patient outcomes across multiple outpatient locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care while maintaining a personal patient panel (80% Clinical, 20% Administrative).
- Mentor medical providers and care teams.
- Advance quality initiatives and population health efforts.
- Optimize electronic health record workflows and provider training.
- Participate in peer review activities and continuous improvement programs.
- Coordinate provider meetings and clinical communications.
- Monitor operational goals and provider productivity with leadership.
- Contribute to regulatory readiness and healthcare compliance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and patient-focused care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for or holding unrestricted medical licensure in New Jersey.
- Minimum of three years of outpatient clinical experience; experience with underserved populations is valued.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
