Client seeks Physician for PRN shifts from October 12-December 23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Monroe, GA. Provider will see ages 7 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness services. Hours are Monday, Tuesday,Thursday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Wednesday hours are 12:00pm-4:00pm (7:00am-11:30am shifts are requested at sister clinic in Snellville). Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a Primary Care specialty, to qualify for this assignment. Client seeks candidates with Epic EMR experience for onsite dispensing requirement. Current shift needs are October 12 & 16, November 9, 13, & 25, and December 21, 22, & 23.
