Locums | Primary Care | Farmington, ME (ME license required) Why This Role

  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • No call or weekends
  • Outpatient only
  • 3-month minimum with extension potential
  • Strong physician + APP support
Assignment Details Start/end: Early 2027; 3-month minimum with potential to extend 6-9 months Schedule: Monday-Friday Daily schedule: 6-8 patient-facing hours + ~2 hours administrative/in-basket work Coverage type: Outpatient Primary Care; no call or weekends Volume: At least 16 patients/day Setting: Ambulatory Primary Care; primarily adult patients Locations: May cover one of three Farmington-area Primary Care offices Support: Approximately 12 physicians and 15 APPs across the practices EMR: Epic Clinical Details Acute and chronic condition management Annual wellness visits Post-hospitalization follow-up Routine ambulatory Primary Care In-basket management including refills, advice requests, test results and referrals No specific procedures required Requirements Board certified Family Medicine training required Active ME license required Epic experience required Compensation Rate caps apply per facility Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
