This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday and Saturday 7a-5p.
- Patients Per Day: 20
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope: Standard Primary Care, All Ages
- State Licensure: Active Arizona State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certified or truly eligible.
