Remote within North Carolina | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | NO CALL
Affiliated Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a North Carolina-licensed Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our growing telemedicine practice.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within North Carolina while serving patients across the state through our telemedicine platform, and offering a competitive salary. We are seeking a physician who values quality patient care, collaboration, and a practice model designed to reduce administrative burden and support long-term provider success.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and monitor medications as clinically appropriate
Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing as clinically indicated
Provide preventive care, health education, and routine health maintenance
Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff
Complete documentation within established timelines
Qualifications
DEA registration or eligibility to obtain DEA registration
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
Must be Board Certified
Must reside within North Carolina
Comfortable providing care through telemedicine
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to supervise advanced practice providers in the future is preferred
Working Hours
Part-time opportunity with potential for full-time growth. Physicians with established patients may begin in a full-time capacity if preferred.
