A highly regarded concierge primary care practice in the Sacramento area is seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician to assume care of an established concierge medicine patient panel as part of a planned physician succession.

This is a rare opportunity for a physician who is passionate about personalized, relationship-driven care and enjoys caring for older adults with complex and evolving healthcare needs. The incoming physician will join a successful concierge practice and gradually assume responsibility for an established panel of approximately 350 patients.

The opportunity arises as the founding physician transitions toward retirement. To ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers, the incoming physician is ideally expected to begin in Spring 2027 and work alongside the current physician, who plans to remain actively involved in the practice 2-3 days per week during the transition period.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• At least 5-7 years of outpatient primary care experience
