We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Jacksonville who wants exceptional work-life balance, low patient volume, and $300K+ income potential while delivering relationship-driven care.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on seniors managing multiple chronic conditions. You’ll practice within a value-based model with a dedicated care team and the time to focus on outcomes rather than volume.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Approximately 10–12 patients per day
• Maximum patient panel of 650
• Shared call based on market physician count; potentially as light as 1:32
• Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral support

• Strong clinical and leadership support

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You enjoy caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions
• You’re comfortable with suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
• You value relationship-based, team-supported primary care
• Geriatrics training is a plus but not required

• $300,000+ compensation potential
