Practice Highlights
- Outpatient primary care clinic with a patient panel of approximately 300 patients
- Average of just 6-8 patients per day
- Adult patients only (18+)
- Responsibilities include acute visits, chronic care follow-ups, medication management, hospital follow-ups, and prescription refills
- No annual physicals or wellness exams
- No call responsibilities
Support & Environment
- Fully staffed clinic with RN, MA, and additional support personnel
- Established practice with a collaborative care team
- Ideal for a physician seeking a lower-volume primary care setting
Requirements
- Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (ABFM, ACOFP, ABIM, or AOBIM)
- Active Pennsylvania license and DEA
- Minimum 2-3 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 2 years
- Clean background preferred to facilitate credentialing
