Coverage Details

Shift Details
-- Full-time weekday coverage preferred, Monday through Friday, generally aligned with clinic operating hours (approximately 8A-5P)
-- Target approximately 36 patient-facing clinic hours per week plus appropriate administrative and in-basket time

Requirements
-- Board Certified/Board Eligible
-- BLS
-- Will consider IMLC

Assignment Details
-- Clinic setting
-- Primary care performance target: ≥2.0 completed visits per clinic hour
-- Scheduling should support a minimum expectation of 2.0 completed visits per hour with appointment lengths generally not exceeding 30 minutes
-- Providers typically work with one MA or LPN
-- Additional clinic support includes referral team, prior authorization team, and RN navigators
-- EMR: Epic
-- Dictation: Dragon
-- For new graduates, residency training logs should be provided to document experience within the last 12 months
-- All other applicants must be able to demonstrate provision of care for 10 adult inpatients/outpatients within the past 12 months
