Joining this team of 6 Med/Peds-trained physicians at a leading non-profit in Illinois might be the answer
Position Highlights:
• Collaborate with their established IM/Ped trained physician team and additional primary care & specialty support
• Find your ideal balance between pediatric and adult patients in your practice
• 4-day work week
• Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, notes, and after-hours calls
• 100% outpatient
• Residents and Experienced Physicians encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
• $310,000+ annual compensation with base guarantee and quality bonus
• Physicians historically out-earning from wRVUs within 12-18 months of starting
• Competitive wRVU-based incentive structure and generous annual quality bonuses for easy additional earning
• $210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
• 42 Days PTO
• Comprehensive benefits including annual CME allowance, PSLF student loan support, retirement plans with matching, and more
