Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, wellness visits, physicals, and urgent/walk-in care.
• Perform basic procedures including casting and suturing.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and specialist consultations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in community outreach.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialty.
• Minimum 5 years of physician experience, preferably in primary care.
• Current Alaska physician license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current certifications and credentials required for clinical practice.
