Job description

We are seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in a rural Texas community. The physician will work as part of an integrated healthcare team focused on accessible, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for acute and chronic conditions
  • Diagnose and treat patients and develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and review lab/imaging results
  • Coordinate specialty referrals
  • Maintain accurate EHR documentation
  • Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health providers
  • Participate in quality improvement and community outreach
  • Mentor clinical staff and students

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Active, unrestricted Texas physician license
  • Current DEA and Texas DPS registrations
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
  • Ability to meet applicable CME and credentialing requirements
