Job description
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan in Brooklyn, NY. The physician will care for patients ranging from age 0 through 99 and provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Care for patients across the full age spectrum, from newborns through elderly adults.
• Perform physical examinations and health assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and their families.
Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluent Spanish-speaking ability required.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to practice in Brooklyn, NY.
