Physician – Must Speak Russian | In-Home & Clinic Hybrid Role

Looking for a primary care role with real variety and deeper patient connections? Join a growing, patient-centered primary care practice serving the Brooklyn community as a Physician in a unique hybrid role blending in-home visits with traditional clinic care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an office/clinic setting, including wellness exams, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Conduct in-home patient visits (typically 2–3 days per week), delivering personalized, home-based care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
• Coordinate care with on-site specialists (urology, cardiology, gastroenterology) and ancillary services (PT, mental health, pain management)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation — scribe support available for providers who want extra help with EMR
• Build deep, long-term patient relationships through ongoing follow-up and support

What You'll Bring:

• MD/DO with active or eligible NY licensure
• Board certification preferred but not required (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine backgrounds welcome)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Comfort with both in-office and in-home visit formats
• Russian language skills required for this location
