COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- $240k base + Production & Quality
- $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $8,000 Relocation
- Loan Repayment
- $3,500 CME Allowance
- 256 hours of PTO
- Health, Malpractice, Retirement up to 6% match, PTO (256 hours PTO)

- 4/10 Schedule
- 2 Patients per Clinical hour
- 1:14 call schedule – Phone call only
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
- MD/DO
- Must be BE/BC
- Licensed or must acquire PA license
- Will sponsor J1
