### Locums | Family Medicine | Farmington, ME (Active ME License Required) ### Why This Role

  • Weekday outpatient schedule
  • No call, weekends, or inpatient duties
  • Three-month minimum with potential extension to 6‚Äì9 months
  • Established team of physicians and APPs
  • Travel and lodging covered within policy ###
Assignment Details Location: Farmington, Maine Duration: Three-month minimum with potential extension to 6–9 months Schedule: Monday–Friday Clinical Hours: Approximately 6–8 patient-facing hours daily Administrative Time: Approximately two hours of inbox work daily Lunch: 30-minute unpaid break Setting: Outpatient primary care Call: None Weekends: None Patient Volume: At least 16 visits per day Patient Population: Primarily adults Locations: May rotate among three local primary-care offices EMR: Epic ### Requirements Board certified Family Medicine trained Active Maine medical license Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations Prior Epic experience Agency credentialing completed before presentation Two supervisor references and one peer reference from the past 12 months Disclosure of overall and locum-tenens experience Complete professional, employment, privileges, and conduct history ### Clinical Details Acute and chronic condition management Annual wellness visits Post-hospitalization follow-up Medication refills and advice requests Testing and results follow-up Referral management General ambulatory primary care No specific procedures required Practice support includes approximately 12 physicians and 15 APPs across four practices No resident or fellow supervision required
