## Family Medicine Opening | Dallas, TX Parkland Campus — Nationally Recognized Level I Teaching Hospital Salary Range: $287,000–$347,000 ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent position * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p — phone/beeper call approximately one week annually * No weekends — approximately one week of phone/beeper call per year * Setting: 100% outpatient — no inpatient responsibilities * EMR: Epic * Visa sponsorship not available ## Practice Overview Seeking a BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient practice serving an underserved adult population at a nationally recognized Level I Teaching Hospital: * Unique hybrid primary care role serving three patient groups: Acute Response Care Clinic patients, post-discharge transitional care management patients, and patients referred from on-site specialty clinics with primary care needs * Approximately 20 patients per day * Comprehensive primary care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions * Deliver care to patients transitioning from hospital discharge to outpatient follow-up * Manage patient care plans, preventive health screenings, and chronic disease management * Coordinate care with specialists, care managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams * Support quality improvement initiatives focused on patient outcomes and access to care * Provide compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse, underserved patient population * Experience with medically complex and underserved patient populations — preferred ## Compensation & Benefits * Salary range: $287,000–$347,000 annually based on experience * Full benefits package — details provided upon inquiry ## Required Qualifications * MD or DO — Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine — required * Minimum 1 year of physician experience — required * Active Texas medical license at time of submission — required * Active DEA certification — required * At least one professional reference within 24 months — required * Clean malpractice and license history — highly preferred * Visa sponsorship not available ## About the Community – Dallas, Texas * One of the largest and most dynamic cities in the United States — vibrant, diverse, and cosmopolitan * World-class arts, dining, sports, and entertainment throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex * Home to the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars, and Texas Rangers * Excellent schools and diverse, welcoming neighborhoods throughout the metro area * No state income tax in Texas * Affordable cost of living relative to other major U.S. metros * Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport — one of the busiest airports in the world with extensive domestic and international connections
