Responsibilities:


· Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.

· Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories.

· Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, X-rays, and EKGs.

· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.

· Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) system-EPIC.

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.


Benefits:


· Salary Range: $323,000.00 - $363,000.00
