Join a healthcare system, looking to grow a concierge medicine practice in Palm Beach County. They are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its adult-focused program. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced physician who values relationship-based care, longer visits, preventive medicine, and continuity across the patient journey in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Position Overview
This role focuses exclusively on adult patients and serves an engaged population seeking comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness optimization, and coordinated specialty care. Physicians in concierge models commonly provide longer, less rushed visits and serve as the central coordinator across specialists, hospitals, imaging, and other services.
The physician will provide continuity of care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings while overseeing each patient’s healthcare journey. The position is based in one of South Florida’s most desirable communities, serving patients in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and the surrounding Palm Beach County area.

Inpatient Work - Admit and Discharge
Inpatient Census: Very Low (5-6)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (1 Weekend per month hospital call)
Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a concierge medicine setting.
Manage preventive and proactive patient care, including wellness planning and early intervention strategies.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists, hospitals, imaging centers, pharmacies, and other providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Deliver a personalized patient experience with strong communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Maintain oversight of patient care in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Deliver comprehensive, proactive, and patient-centered primary care to adult patients
Manage preventive care, annual wellness visits, health-risk assessments, and wellness optimization plans
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Coordinate specialty referrals, diagnostic testing, treatment plans, and multidisciplinary care
Provide continuity and oversight of patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings
Build strong physician-patient relationships through a high-touch, concierge care experience
Collaborate effectively with specialists, hospital-based teams, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other clinical partners
Call Responsibilities
Provider is on call for his/her patients at all times.
Weekend hospital rotations for practice patients only (1:5)
Advanced Practitioner Support
Same-day appointments with patients for urgent issues
Extended, on-time appointments to maximize patient convenience and provide ample opportunity to address all medical issues
Management of acute and chronic conditions, annual physical and ongoing preventive wellness advice
Close proximity to all other radio-graphical modalities (CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, PET) with office arrangement of stat and routine studies
In-office phlebotomy, routine immunizations, medication injections and X-rays

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of residency training in an ACGME-accredited program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure before the start date
Minimum of five years of post-training clinical experience
Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, direct primary care, boutique medicine, or another relationship-based care model strongly preferred
Additional fellowship training, subspecialty experience, or focused clinical interest welcomed but not required
Successful completion of all required credentialing, background screening, and due-diligence requirements
